How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  • iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Morpheus → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Morpheus → Cancel Subscription

Note: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

If you've already purchased a subscription and want to restore it on a new device:

  1. Open Morpheus app
  2. Go to Settings or Subscription page
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases" button
  4. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account

What's included in the free trial?

The 7-day free trial gives you full access to all premium features:

  • All sleep stories and meditation sessions
  • Ambient sounds and spatial audio
  • Personalized recommendations

⚠️ You will be charged $49.99 after 7 days unless you cancel before the trial ends.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Close and restart the app
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update to the latest version from the App Store/Play Store
  4. Restart your device
  5. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@morpheusapp.ovh with details about the problem

How do I delete my account and data?

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open Morpheus app
  2. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your request

Alternatively, email us at contact@morpheusapp.ovh with your deletion request.

We will process your request within 30 days.

What are your subscription prices?

We offer two subscription options:

  • Annual Plan: $49.99/year (best value!) with 7-day free trial
  • Monthly Plan: $9.99/month, billed monthly

Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.

Can I use Morpheus on multiple devices?

Yes! Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID or Google account, so you can use Morpheus on any device where you're signed in with the same account. Your preferences and progress will sync automatically across all devices.
