If you are under 13, you may use Morpheus under the supervision of a parent or guardian through their account. Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Managing subscription and billing

7.4 COPPA Compliance

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will promptly delete such information from our systems.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at contact@morpheusapp.ovh so we can delete the account and associated data.

7.5 Family Sharing Options

Parents can share their Morpheus subscription with family members through:

• Apple Family Sharing (for iOS users)
• Google Play Family Library (for Android users)
• Single account used by multiple household members under parental supervision

Our services are hosted in secure cloud infrastructure. By using Morpheus, you consent to the transfer of your information to these facilities, which maintain appropriate data protection standards including GDPR compliance for European users.
